Renders edit and write tool calls as always-expanded side-by-side git-style diffs in a diff viewer, with optional syntax coloring and word-level highlighting.

write 仅创建：禁止 write 覆盖已存在文件，目标已存在时自动拒绝并提示改用 edit，防止模型误覆写已有内容。纯 host 端 dsh 插件。
